Medical Assembly & Manufacturing — Clean Room Assembly and EMS/PCB Assembly.

Overview

Medical assembly and clean room manufacturing

Our assembly processes are designed to ensure compliant, repeatable products ready for international distribution. We operate FDA Registered Establishments with ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 14644:2015 certifications, featuring Class 8 certified clean rooms (over 10,000 ft²) with planned expansion (+5,000 ft² by 2026). We manufacture Class I and II medical devices, consumables, and packaging under contamination-controlled conditions, with trained personnel and robust documentation

Overview

Quality and compliance

In-process quality control

Lot sampling, batch inspections, full traceability.

Process validation

IQ/OQ/PQ of critical assembly equipment; capability and robustness studies; documented change-control procedures.

Nonconformance management and CAPA

Integrated into QMS with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Overview

EMS — Electronic and PCB Assembly (for technology and industrial clients).

AMT offers EMS capabilities that complement medical assembly, enabling hybrid projects (electro-mechanical devices, medical instrumentation, industrial IoT). These capabilities allow us to control the entire electronics cycle, from PCB to integrated product.

Capabilities & Competencies

SMT/PCB process flow

Incoming inspection (IQC)

Components, solder paste, and bare PCBs verified; storage and handling under humidity-controlled systems for sensitive components.

Paste printing and control

Stencil printing monitored by in-line 3D SPI for volume uniformity.

Pick & place precision

0201 mm up to 68×68 packages, with ±0.025 mm placing accuracy @3σ; supports fine pitch and complex components.

Reflow soldering

12-zone nitrogen-capable convection ovens with thermal profiling per design.

Automated inspection

AOI for surface defects; X-ray inspection (AXI) for hidden joints (BGA, µBGA); in-circuit and functional electrical testing.

Rework and verification

Controlled heat rework stations; validated repair processes to ensure reworkability without damaging boards.

Through-hole processes

Wave soldering for conventional components when required.

Overview

Quality and compliance

Environmental and ESD control

ESD-safe areas, humidity and temperature-controlled environments.

ESD-protected furniture, flooring, and tools with standardized handling procedures.

Personnel and certifications

IPC-certified technicians (assembly and rework).

Documented lot control, batch testing, and electronic production history.

Overview

Differentiation

Vertical integration

Electronics manufactured and assembled under the same program management, reducing handoffs, transport time, and incompatibility risks.

Production flexibility

Supporting both high-complexity prototypes and scaled production with consistent quality control.
